Buying SwimWays Direct
Do you carry special products just for the independent retailer?
YES! We carry a variety of products specially positioned for the toy, pool, and specialty retailer. Look for the Swimways Select logo and designation for these products in our on-line catalog, on our price list and on our order form.

When will an item that is out-of-stock become available for shipment?
Item availability depends upon several factors such as manufacturing capacity and item popularity. As soon as an item becomes available, orders which accept backorders or split shipments that are requesting the item will be shipped.

How do consumers become aware that I carry SwimWays products?
A list of Swimways Retailers is available on-line for consumers to view by zip code. If you would like to be listed as a Swimways Retailer, please provide us with the name of your business as well as a physical business address. We will add your retail location to the list. Catalog & Coupons
Can you send me a catalog of all the products you manufacture?
The latest catalog is available on-line to view. If you need a hard copy of the catalog to be mailed to you, please provide us with the name of your business as well as a physical business address. Are there special savings available when you purchase direct from SwimWays?
From time to time, Swimways announces special offers. Special offers and discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases. No substitutions, please. Promotional or sale items are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to limit quantities.


Ordering Products and Parts
Can I order direct from Swimways?
Swimways is happy to sell direct to your retail environment, with a minimum order of $500 (within the continental US), or we can refer you to a distributor that carries our product line.

Do you have a European Distributor?

Some of the children used in SwimWays advertising are the children of SwimWays employees. Our marketing department generally makes arrangements through children's agencies for models. SwimWays does not make recommendations on child modeling agencies.
